OmniCC  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)

Version: 10.2.7
by: jaliborc, Tuller

Overview
OmniCC is an addon that adds text to items, spell and abilities that are on cooldown to indicate when they will be ready to use. In other words: it turns all the standard analogue cooldowns into digital ones.

Anything should work with OmniCC, from the action bars to the inventory, from the standard interface to your favorite add-on.

"Minimum duration to display text as MM:SS" has a minimum setting of "2 min". But its not really 2 minutes. Its actually 1 minute 30 seconds when the display changes to seconds only, as noted by a below poster.

Regardless, that minimum is too long. There should be a minimum option of 1 minute. When you are familiar with seeing seconds on a digital timer only when there is under a minute to go (in a variety of real life & WoW settings, including OmniCC 2.x), its disconcerting to see 60-90 seconds in the display.

Yes, your suggested code change works. For others, would be nice to see the max. minimum reduced.

Is anyone having trouble changing the minimum font and having it show up when you change it?

I'm trying to change the minimum font size, but when I do that, no number shows up at all... even after I /reloadui. But if it stays at the default minimum font size, everything works fine.

That was it. Thanks so much! Was drivin me nuts, yarrr.

Do you know of a way to change what the font size is for the text on the target frame's buff/debuff icons so that I can play with the minimum font size slider? Besides enlarging the icons themselves I mean.

If you're talking about displaying those timers on your action bars, then no. That's Inline Aura (on Curse).

If you're talking about displaying those timers on the target frame's buff/debuff icons, then yes. They're filtered out by default and you need to adjust the minimum font size option.

Did OmniCC previously handle the timer of buffs/debuffs cast on target?

Because for some reason, since my update to this new version, I now no longer get a timer on dots I cast on my target on my shadow priest when I previously used to.

Oh, I did not mean as far as the line endings in the source files go. I meant, "I used multiline strings for localization, and the tooltips don't seem to like it that much."

Can Git handle that? Subversion definitely can.

That worked, thanks.

Do you know why there seems to be text corruption in the tooltips for the options when there is more than 1 line of text?

Is there a way to get it to only start counting seconds when it's 60 seconds or less? Currently it seems a bit odd, for example I'll use Deterrence which is a 1.5 minute cooldown, it will display 1m on the button for a second or so then start counting down from 90 seconds, I believe the older version of OmniCC used to show 1m on the button and then start displaying seconds when it got to 60.
