A notepad fashioned mod but has links

I'm currently using the Notepad addon to jot down particular items I'm wanting to get in the near future, But I'd like the items that I list to have the Item info link so when i click on it, voila up comes the info. Something very light and just that specific request no extra features would be fantastic, Is there such?

Not exactly your specification but...
Both ItemSync by Derkyle has "Favorites" facility where you can bookmark Links,
and LinkPad can store Item Links.

LinkPad is just a favorite Links storer nothing more, ItemSync is a full-fledged data mod like LootLink, KC_Items etc.
