Flags frame not appearing.

Having some trouble with the flags frame (say, Nagrand's guard count or HP's tower or.. Terokkar's tower countdown). Sometimes appear, most of the time they don't and I'd have to run over to an objective (say, HP's flag) in order for it to show. Using MoveAnything! and have tried resetting, all the tricks.. Help appreciated. Thanks

P.s. Not the progress bar, got that dealt with with SimpleMiniMap

Go into your Interface Options - there's an option to show them always, never, or only when you're near them.
