Dock (Like Mac OSX)

I thought it would be a cool idea to make an action bar dock that works similar to Mac OS X's. It has the zooming effect, you can drag and drop actions, change the colour, size, zoom etc. Just an idea

This got me interested.

I can kinda picture how the code would look for the zooming effect and such.

However I cant really decide on how to go about this.

What the Dock would actually contain. Whether to create multiple docks.

Right now Im mainly just interested in a dock which would contain all the game menu buttons (character pane, quest log, friends panel, etc).

Or maybe open it up to just be an action bar addon, which would make it fairly more complicated and I dont really know how Id go about creating the game menu dock with this approach.

Well if would be nice to have a complete configuration window. Size, transparency, location, maybe amounts of docks, colour, zoom range. Also if you do it for action bars, drag and drop would be killer. Thanks for taking interest in this!
