party quest tracking

When i use carbonite and try to help people with their quests, i can see the title of the quests but now the objectives to complete the quest all i will see is for example: 0/12. so i know they need to gather or kill 12 of something but i do not know what. Is there a way to fix this? I know several people that are having the same issue
