Did you do the following :

Installation:

Delete Interface, WTF, FONT folder

Extract all the files from the Neeh UI Zip file.

Replace the Names Accountname, Realmname, ...

Load Profile ingame

how to load a profile in the game?

You can probably access the addons with profiles through the menu.

Interface ► AddOns Tab ► List of addons you have installed.

So for example for Unitframes go into Pitbull and you should see in the menu "profiles", choose too load one.

Im not very good at explaining but you should find it if you look in this menu. :>

Besides the fact that the UI author did not provide very good install instructions... That UI is over 2 years old. It would most likely be in your best interests to find a newer one.
