Supervillain UI issue

Made a new death knight the other day, and he is stuck with only 1 action bar. Changed around the bar settings to all the different options (2 bars, 3, 3 split, 4, etc) and none of them allow me to have more than 1 bar of abilities. Anyone know of a work around?

I have a feeling it's nothing to do with Supervillian's UI, have you checked in your interface game options to see if the action bars are selected? sometimes when you load new UI's the action bars get reset (turned off). It's just a thought and worth checking
