Maximizing the Use of Warehouse - ALTS

I've been trying to use Altaholic, but I keep going back to Carbonite's Warehouse module. I would like to know if there is a QUICK way to see JUST the proffesions of the other alts in Warehouse. I need to be QUICK to paste them into trade chat when someone askes for... say... a JC!

Also, if anyone has a suggestion on how to MACRO this function, I'd be all ears. THANKS!
