Background Chat box - Full transparancy even on mouseover.

Not the usual request, but I'm highly curious if something exists to remove this. I'm such a nitpick.

I have my chat settings locked in Blizzard's interface settings (Interface -> Social -> Lock Chat Settings), I don't need the tabs, I never use them. Now I also have my chat's background 100% transparent, however when I hover over it, a (30ish% transparent?) gray background appears. Now I was wondering if an addon or a macro or anything along those lines could get rid of it. So that no matter if I mouseover my chat window or not, it always has a 100% transparent background. Any ideas?
