Runes not updating sometimes

I got a report that the runes are becoming "stuck" after using some DK abilities (like Empower). Unfortunately, I don't have a DK of a high enough level for me to test that. Anyone else seen anything like that?

Have you told them to update to 1.3.25? Which fixes an issues with DK abilities such as that.
