Hide Standard Blizzard Experience Gained.

Hey there, maybe you guys can help. I currently have MikScrollingBattleText installed as an addon, and have it set to notify me of experience gains.

That way, I can use a custom font to fit a UI I'm modifying. One problem: I cannot, for the life of me, get the standard Blizz experience notification to go away, so I'm stuck with Mik's and Blizz's notifications at once.

Can anyone point me to an addon that'll hide this for me, or perhaps something that I can use to change it to a custom font or something to that degree? Thanks.

There is currently no way to hide this. There are (have been) requests in to Blizzard to have a way to remove this. If you want it in a specific font, then you can do the manual file replacement trick (having a World of Warcraft\Fonts folder) with the font you desire renamed for the default WoW folts.

Fonts\ARIALN.ttf
Fonts\FRIZQT__.ttf
Fonts\skurri.ttf
Fonts\Morpheus.ttf

If you do not wish to replace all fonts this way, then you can do just the one that the scrolling text uses (I forget which one), though it would also replace any other text that uses that font in the game.
