Disable Keybindings being stored server Side?

I use my account from 2 different computers( Laptop/Desktop), and I have pretty different keybinding's for each computer. I want to be able to have the keybinding's stored locally, and not on the server. What can I do so that I can still have 2 different keybinding setups on the 2 different PC's
