Healbot question

I've read that healbot could be configured to show out of range people.
Can someone point out where is that option? I somehow can't find it

Also any tips for customising healbot (using skins tab or some other) are welcome.

PS Big thanks for this awesome addon I use it in 5-mans, heroics, raids and BGs and it's really amazing.

Its under the Skin tab. I think its the disabled bar, just change its opacity.
