cartographer problems

if this is in worng place im really sorry first time usign this website my friend told me bout it so i came to get a new cartographer so if a admin or moderat c it please move it to right place


but to the point
everytime i dowload cartograpgher-r30225.zip and try to move it to wow/interface/addon i get a error saying "The system cannot find the file specified"

how can i fix this problems

and again sorry if i posted this in wrong place
i be most happy if someoen can help me
