CasterWeaponSwapper won't swap

I have a Spellsurge set comprising just the spellsurge weapon, I have "Enable" ticked, I have "Enable swaps" ticked, but it never swaps. What might I be doing wrong?

Edit: Fixed it, I needed to set my other weapon up in the other sets. Oh, and I needed to do "/cws on" as well.
