What is this addon called

I tried using someone's UI that was here, can't remember which because I did not keep it since I could not get it to look right.

But what the addon did was add a page to the mailbox where you can send multiple items at once. Anyone know what this is called?

CT_MailMod, Postal, there's more, I just don't remember them.

Postal does not add an extra page. It was most likely CT_MailMod or perhaps BulkMail.
