Chat Echo

Not sure if its out there but i spent some time searching so far im coming up dry.
As the title of the thread implies im looking for a mod that would echo info sent in a chat channel (preferably private) to the guild channel and vice versa.

Ive seen guild to guild which would be nice if you can get 2 guilds in on the idea but im looking for something a tad more flexible.

the big quest is. is it possible? And if so does anyone know of a mod that does this?
