Weapon speed

This is gonna be a tough one. I saw a add on that showed a bar with "attack speed". So it would show when you were ready to swing again. I'm using Fubar so if there is one that works with fubar that would be great too.

I believe you're looking for a swing timer. Quartz has one built in.
