All buttons are replaced with one spell..

All of my action bars, other than 1-9, are all one spell.. whenever I cange the spell.. they all change.. How can I fix this? Its.. only for one character that this happens..

This might be a problem with bongos, I think if you load it up you can change the action bars

that happened to me today in the middle of kara.. literally as i was fighting a mob. all i did to fix it was log off and jump right back on wow - hope the solution is that easy for u >.<

Bug is addressed in the 2.2 bug fixes thread. It's a problem with Bongos, and I believe it's being worked on by resident lua geniuses. A temporary fix is to page your action bars a few times (shift and up/down arrows), and they'll come back to normal.
