Feature request: Punk options, new option

This is a very minor feature I would like to be implemented, when the devs will have the time to look at it: an option to enable the punks module when the toon is flagged PvP only.

Reasons: no need to have it active, most of the times, if one is into a non-PvP server or, even into a PvE one, if not PvP-flagged. Less scans, less work, less used CPU.

As I told, it's not kind of "critical" feature, just a nice to have (to avoid having to disable/enable it manually).
