Error pops up when trying to open 'Carbonite-Notes'

I don't know what this error message means but, it happens whenever I try right-clicking on the "C" (Carbonite) symbol next to the mini map and then selecting "View notes" (or, something like that?). I've attached the error message to this post. Note: I have not tried running only Carbonite. Maybe it's a known issue. I'm merely reporting it.

Edited: I forgot to mention that I'm using the latest DEV version.
