Unitframe for the target of the mouseover target

Played vanila WoW and there was this awesomely useful addon when tanking. With some tweaks it worked all the way to mists of pandaria. It adds additional unitframe next to the unitframe in the lower right on the screen that shows the target of what you hover your mouse over (there is a screenshot there in the link).

I can find only this version and i know nothing about how to make addons, but it looks really simple. Can someone make a working version of this for the current wow classic please?

You could see if someone using it is able to create a version and upload a full version in the *Other Files* section. Someone posted a comment with one of the necessary changes since the addons creation. Hopefully it is enough to *fix it* for now.

If no one else gets to it before I do I'll take a stab at it, seeing as the original developer has given permission to *take it over*.

Okay, took a quick look. Applied the backdrop change suggested and fixed the remaining errors on login.

I haven't tested on Classic versions or the 10.2.5 PTR.
Nor in combat - which may now trigger errors.
