Remove the border on raidframe Debuff

I want to remove the border of the icon like the image (Bigdebuff)
Can icon zoom function be used only in that area?

I think the border is part of the image itself so you would have use use SetTexCoord to crop the images in the texture widgets to just display the area inside the border.
