Something to mod "combat warnings"

im not sure if they r really called combat warnings but i am referring to the messages that come up in red at the top of the screen that says "Ability not ready yet" or stuff like that. i just want to make it so i can move them into another area and whatever else i would like to do with it. atm they r getting in the way of some of my other addons and would like to fix it up
