mazzifier is stuck

i know this has been discussed alot but i havent seen anywhere how to fix this.
Whenever i mazzify it freezes and i get this error from bugsack.

[2007/11/13 00:45:25-5-x1]: Mazzifier-1.1\Mazzifier_Configs.lua:351: Couldn't find CVar named 'EnableErrorSpeech'

did you use the patch for mazzle?

when unzipping the patch take all those addons and copy them to the addons folder overwrite the others.

yes i downloaded the patch, ran WAU, and disabled and ignored (in WAU) autobar and autobarconfig. i followed the patch directions exactly as far as i know. i may be missing something, do i extract the addons folder as a whole or go into the addons folder and select them all then extract them?

i figured out how i was extracting wrong that first error is fixed but now i get

[2007/11/13 02:34:28-8-x1]: Mazzifier-1.1\Mazzifier_Configs.lua:1127: attempt to index global 'AutoBarConfig' (a nil value)

and i have autobar disabled. i keep getting farther and farther into mazzifying so hopefully this will be the last problem so please help.
