Character Sheet stuck off screen

For some reason my character sheet is stuck partially off screen. Usually, I just open my quest log and that will reset it, only now thats not working either. Any way to get back? Reloading the UI does not work. Re-Mazzifying does not work either,

ok its late and ive got work in a few hours, but if i remember rightly by disableing MoveFrames addon this prob will be solved

if this doesnt help look thro the forums as it has allready been poted before
