Runic Power -- backwards?

Trying to modify the runic power bar. Currently, this is how it looks when I'm at 100% health and 0 runic power.



The bars empty/fill right left -> right. That is, as I lose health the health bar empties starting from the left and going to the right. For my power bar, it also goes left to right. However it starts out blue and empties as I gain runic power:





Is this intended? Any way to get my runic power bar to fill up with blue as I gain more runic power?

This is controlled by the "Reverse Bar Direction" setting in Unit Frames. Currently it applies to both health and power at the same time, though I'll make a note to split this up in a future update.
