RealUI won't take control of my action bars

I just tried to install RealUI, and before I did, I moved my old interface and WTF folders into a backup folder outside of my WoW folder. Then installed RealUI and it would change everything but my action bars and the quest tracker. Has anyone else had this issue? Does anyone know how to fix it?
