Need help getting my Discord UIs up and running

I have DLed all of the updated Discord UIs multile time. I then unzip them into my Interface/addons folder. When i load WoW all of my discord UIs are "Out of Date" and won't load. The game doesn't give me the option to load the out of date UIs and for some reason i don't have a "Frame xml" file any more. Any help would be great. Thnx

2 things to try is erase the old folders first then reinstall the new files, or edit the .TOC with notepad and change the first line to say 'Interface: 10900' for the number. It may say '1800' or '1900'.

Or just check the Load Out of Date AddOns option at the top of the AddOns window.
