C Stack Overflow

I was doing some testing and it turns out that not only is Docking Station a pita to get the top down, it also blows up with C Stack Overflow errors when you run over one of its plugins. I had to revert to "default" in order for mine to work. Kinda sucks because tooltips are now over the map LOL.

Anyone know if this is nUI or DS causing the overflow?

Hard to say, I have played with the tooltip settings and had them over the map before briefly and had no problems. Docking Station I haven't really touched as Titan does what I need so can't comment there either. Perhaps it is just one of those relationships that don't work out .. rofl.

I've never seen a stack overflow using nUI but have never used docking station. It could be a conflict between the two that's causing an infinite loop in the tooltip code. Try using '/nui tooltips default' and see if that resolves it.

I tried DS briefly today, couldn't get it situated and working in a way I liked, so I went back to Titan, which seems to work fine.

No this problem is form Docking Station that's why i give up on it and went back to titan panel

Setting it to default fixed it. However, now all my tool tips are above the right info panel. If I can figure out how to set tool tips to disabled while in combat I'd be set. LOL

now you set it to default try using /nui movers and move that tooltip frame where you want it to appear. I suspect that that would work similarly but where you want it.

Default doesn't get moved, fixed does.

d'oh .. I use default myself and have my aura count down to about 15 or 20.

Just for the sake of completeness, try '/nui tooltips fixed' and then use nUI movers to relocate them and see if the conflict comes back.

if I use fixed and move them than anything I hover over in docking station is dragged all the way to the bottom of where the fixed window is moved. It's weird. I may just ditch and go to titan so this stuff stops
