Confused Mage Twink

I'm a Lvl 19 mage Twink built to do BG's My question is Does my frost nova Still hold When I die. As I'm fading out the ice blocks look like they r still in place. Would really like to Know cause it would make me feel better about dying If I still held the enemy after I die.
