Explain NONE in bindings-cache.wtf

Those bindings with "NONE"
How they being created? Are those created only for default binds when they being unbinded?

I think that is exactly it.

I'm not sure its only the default ones... it might be any time you delete a keybinding including custom ones previously introduced by an addon.

Similar to the AddOns.txt file, WoW doesn't delete those lines. Once a setting is added, that line stays, so if you unmap a keybinding, it will be assigned to NONE, which is effectively nil. The cvar config files are different, any settings that are the same as their default do not show up in the file.
