Countdown icons & Animated Frames

Hi can anyone tell me the name of an addon that displays the countdown left on the icon of the spell I seen it somewhere before but I cant find it now.

Also does anyone have a link to some good low memory animated frames that change the normal frames to animated but also shows my health/mana/energy.

I tried adapt but its not what I mean I just seen an add-On called pitbull thats more what I meant and is that good and low memory because I tried one called X-Perl but It lags a bit too much and its too small so can you advise me on pitbull?
