Carbonite Cataclysm issue

I stumbled upon an issue with carbonite:
The issue is somehow only on my second character (Hunter) and consists of whenever i hover over the minimap or world map with my mouse, all the marked quest givers, trainers, fm on the map disappear so i cant see any of them while my cursor is on the map. The first character (a druid) doesnt have this issue.
