Unitframes fix?

I'm on 19e and are still baffled that we must go to Grid Setup to enable some options on every entry or reload of and instance.

Is there a quick script to enable things? need "main tank" in unitframes as a healer and have to change that on every entry of a raid or a reload.

If not i have to ditch this UI.
