Statrings not working

I downloaded premade settings pre-1.9 that had statrings and now, after downloading the new versions, i can't seem to get them to work. loading the old settings just makes big green boxes on my screen and doesnt seem to work. any ideas?

You didn't preserve your old CustomTextures folder and replaced it with the CustomTextures folder from the DART download. The DART download does not come with your custom textures.
