Low Health Monitor or Vitals Watch 2.0?

Has anyone found or created a mod that works in 2.0 that does the same thing LHM or Vital's Watch used to do? It flashed the entire screen when your health and/or mana got low... down to a percentage the user could designate. It also had the heartbeat sound effect on low health.
