Character Zoom Function

Could someone explain how the zoom in and out on the camera works, With the standard Blizzard UI, I could only go out so many "feet" and now when I scroll back on my mouse I go out "yards" to where my toon is small, any reasons as to how that worked?

In the interface menu after you press escape there is a max camera distance slider. You can use that to make sure you dont zoom out too far.


Please do not create new threads to report bugs in the ui or to request assistance. Use the ones that are sticked.
