Looking for an addon

I have used Discord Action Bar and Flexbars in the past for only one purpose, to popup a bar while in combat or target a hostile/friendly unit.

Since both of these addons use a large amount of memory, I'm looking for a replacement addon (memory efficient) that allows an action bar to popup when entering combat/targetting units and hide when out of combat/de-targetting units.

I am pretty sure Bongos can do that.
Its lightweight and nice.
