Instance Timer Addon [Request]

I had this idea the other day when I was powerleveling some RAF players in a low level instance. Currently, you can only do 5 instances an hour, which means in order to keep yourself from instance-capping, you need to spend at least 12 minutes time per reset.

[Note: This is a powerleveling method in which RAF partners enter a low level instance and have a level 80 mass pull the instance to get huge EXP boosts.]

I've been using the built-in stopwatch, but just for the sake of efficiency, I was curious if an addon could be made that would track the time spent after zoning in automatically, show the timer visually, and report back to me after 12 minutes had passed. It would be supremely useful for those of us who enjoy powerleveling 1-60 through RAF or even instance farm.

Does an addon like this already exist?
