How to install FlayPlayerIcons?

Is this addon working or im missing something ? i followed the instructions and it doesnt work

Assuming you are supposed to put the TargetingFrame folder in the Interface folder and then log into the game, it doesn't look like it is. It really slowed down the game as well taking forever to load up npcs in the game.

There are 4 folders
CLASS_COLOR, DARK, LIGHT and MONOCHROME

Inside each of those are the same file names inside a hierarchy of Interface\TargetingFrame.

I tested CLASS_COLOR and nothing appeared to make a difference on retail.
