probably such as if you are running on a mac or pc? what OS you are running (windowsxp, vista, 7)? You know your basic info stuff that people need to diagnose things.

I already know he's on a Mac. What I don't know is what the problem is.

This is what it says. I can't update the core for starters. and this is all it gives me.

I am running Leopard on an intel mac. And have already submitted the error log a while back. It was to big to post and I had to zip it.
