Skill Listing

I'm trying to figure out how to get a dump of all the different skills each of my toons and each of my guildies toons know so we can compile a database of each toons professions and known skills and cut down on the "can anyone make <xxx>?" chatter that floods guildchat on any given day.

Ideally this would generate a text file that could be emailed or uploaded to the guild website.

So far, I've managed to track it to the getSkillLineInfo() and GetNumSkillLines() functions as likey candidates that will work, but I have no idea how to incorporate them into a macro or addon that would generate the results I'm looking for.
