Is there a Quest Window out there just like the cosmos one only stand alone? if not can someone make one? Thanks

Which "cosmos one" are you refering to? I haven't touched Cosmos for ages and try my very best to avoid it. If you are talking about PartyQuest (or something like that name), I assume there's some sort of custom channel behind Cosmos again in order to pass information back-and-forth around party member. I am not away of a standalone mod out there that provide the same functionality....

Everytime when I see the cool feature of Cosmos team tided with the Sea/Sky/Earth/Chronos/what-so-ever user channel thingy... that gives me a shiver
