Debuff/DoT Timer Duration

Ok, we have addons like StunWatch, SpellTimer and SunderThis that tell you how much time there is left on certain debuffs/spells that you cast but none of them do quite what I'm looking for. So far SunderThis gets as close as you can.

I was told that there is no way to actually get the info as to how long a debuff lasts on the target (compared to how you can see how much certain spells last on you) so I was wondering if anyone has actually made such AddOn even if it meant that they had to manually customize all the skills.

I mainly need this for Hamstring, Demoralizing Shout and Piercing Howl since it will allow me to recast them before the timers expire. I've also seen this done before but I don't remember which AddOn was it. Maybe the functions are gone, but if no one has done it and they have considered doing this then I would greatly appreciate it (just like the rest of the community).
