Move-able Everthing

Something that may have already been done, but I haven't found it anywhere.

I'd like the option to move everything about, group icons, invent bags, map etc I know people have done this with whole MODs but I'm quite happy with what there is

I think that HiSiMi (sp?) did this. "Hide it Scale it Move it" I can't get at the official Blizz UI forum (or anything else on their site for that matter) right now, so I can't find the link for you, but when their site comes back up, do a search in that forum for that mod. The other thing I'm unsure of, however, is how "user-friendly" it is or isn't, as I've never used it personally.
