Chat localization

I heard someone did a complete localization now (for playing with an english client on a german server), my question where can i find it? or is there something that makes it possible for me to read the german chat?

I used to use chatloc/clcore but it does'nt work anymore

This is due to the API function JoinChannelByName() no longer accepting fully qualified zone channel names.
