Tracking and quests

I have been looking all over the menu and cant seem to find anything to help with this, id like to turn off, when setting a goto point or quest the mini map doesnt zoom out to show from me to end target, also another problem i cant figure out is how to set it up to stop auto accepting quest, thanks.
