Looking For A Combat Mod

I'm looking for a particular combat UI that keeps track of you highest crits.

I was wondering if anyone knew what mod this is?

I know Recap keeps track of highest crits but I've never seen it give you a message like the one in this pic. (i.e. "New Earthshock Record" or whatever)

It looks like SCT but I'm using scrolling combat text and I've never seen it report new highest crits like this.

Can anyone tell me what UI this is? Maybe Combatstats?

That would be CritLine. There is a normal version as well as a TitanPanel version.
