Pick for 10/26: Routes (new) & The Collector (updated)

Routes:



Do you use an addon to keep track of herbs/ore/etc. on your map like Gatherer, Gathermate, a Cartographer plugin....? Have you ever looked at that sea of icons on your world map and wondered what the best way was go through the zone to check all of the nodes when farming? How about if you were just looking for one type of ore/herb? Routes will trace the best path for you to take when looking for all nodes or just certain types (like the above screenshot). You can optimize a route to make it efficient, and any newly discovered node will be added to your route. You can customize the look of the lines (which can appear on your minimap and zone maps as well) and you can set your route to ignore certain areas of the map. Have TomTom installed? You can set it to follow your route.

The Collector:



Are you eying those achievements for gathering mounts and pets? Or do you just love collecting them? If so, then check out The Collector. It lists what mounts and pets you are currently missing, and displays how far along you are to having them all in your possession. It also takes into account what mounts/pets are accessible to you based on your faction, class, and profession.
